At The Window Outfitters, we understand how frustrating it can be to read through paragraphs of tiny warranty print, only to find your warranty not valid. That is why we have created a warranty that is straightforward, easy to understand and if there ever comes a need, simple to make a claim against. We believe in our product, which is why we give a longer, more comprehensive warranty than our competitors.

Warranty Terms

This warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser and is not transferable. It does not cover any situation arising where damage to the shutter or window has occurred through failure to follow prescribed instructions with respect to measurement, installation, cleaning or maintenance; nor does it cover unauthorized repairs, accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, acts of God, motorized devices, or normal wear and tear. You have purchased a natural product and it has natural limitations, so for the rest - please use common sense... and so will we.
